Workflow

Our technology and differentiators

Our flagship 3D printer was created by industry professionals with a combined experience of over 60 years in the industry, and every second of that experience shows in the Lumia.X1. From the streamlined, intuitive UI, to the soft locking mechanisms on the resin vat, every part of the Lumia.X1 has been considered. It’s truly a first of its kind machine, with dual DLP and laser photosynthesis that eliminates tradeoffs between print speed and print resolution. Learn more about our X1 series 3D printers below.

Axtra.HS

Efficient Material Management

Axtra.Wash automates the post-processing of 3D-printed parts, offering a complete washing and drying solution with up to three different cleaning agents across multiple tanks and full compatibility with Axtra3D accessories. It can clean and dry parts, platforms, and Axtra.VATs, including the washing chamber itself, ensuring a fully automated, high-quality post-processing experience.
Users can leverage pre-configured material-specific profiles via Axtra Solutions™ or create their own custom profiles through Axtra Open Access. With both online telemetry-enabled operation and fully offline capability, Axtra.Wash delivers flexibility, consistency, and reliability for industrial, dental, and tooling applications. As part of Axtra Workflow, it is fully connected and dialed into Axtra.Insight

Axtra.Cure is a post-processing system that combines both UV and thermal treatment in a single device, offering superior control and flexibility. Its UV upper chamber features triple independent frequencies (355-385-405 nm) with adjustable power, time, and temperature up to 60 °C, certified in real time via dual UV photosensors, and is compatible with all Axtra3D® printers and resins. The bottom thermal chamber reaches up to 250 °C, managing ramp-up, ramp-down, and stationary cycles, with profiles importable from the Axtra Solutions™ or fully customizable via Axtra Open Access. Both chambers can operate independently or simultaneously, while full integration with Axtra.Insight ensures complete process tracking and certification for reliable, repeatable post-processing.

Axtra.HS a part of Axtra.Workflow™, is a handling system designed specifically to assist with the use and maintenance of Axtra.VAT resin tanks employed in Axtra3D’s X1 series 3D printers. Developed to improve workflow efficiency and ensure safe handling of materials, Axtra.HS facilitates following key operations. This accessory reinforces our evolving business models. It supports high-throughput users by minimizing downtime and standardizing post-processing, making scalability more accessible. The unit is designed for desktop use and integrates seamlessly into typical print lab environments. For optimal ergonomics and functionality, it is recommended that the system be placed on a table with a height between 70 cm and 90 cm (27.6–35.4 inches) and a minimum load capacity of 30 kg (67 pounds).

Precision Starts with a Stable Foundation

Axtra3D Build Platforms provide the rigid, accurate foundation required for high-quality additive manufacturing. Manufactured to tight tolerances, each platform ensures reliable part adhesion, dimensional accuracy, and repeatable production across every build.

Maintaining multiple build platforms allows operators to keep production moving by preparing the next job while completed parts are being washed, cured, or removed. The result is higher machine utilization and improved production efficiency.

Key Benefits

  • High-precision manufacturing for repeatable builds
  • Excellent first-layer adhesion
  • Supports continuous production with multiple platforms
  • Simple installation and quick changeover
  • Compatible with Axtra.Wash automated cleaning
  • Designed for long service life in industrial environments

Engineered for Reliable High-Speed Printing

TruLayer Membranes are a critical component of Axtra3D’s patented Hi-Speed SLA technology. Designed to work in conjunction with Axtra.VAT, the membrane enables consistent layer separation while reducing peel forces during printing. This allows Lumia X1 to produce both fine-featured and large cross-sectional parts with exceptional reliability.

Manufactured for durability and precision, TruLayer Membranes help maintain print quality over extended production cycles and are easily serviced using Axtra.HS.

Key Benefits

  • Optimized for Axtra3D TruLayer technology
  • Reduces separation forces for improved print reliability
  • Supports consistent surface quality and dimensional accuracy
  • Enables reliable production of complex and large parts
  • Easy inspection and maintenance with Axtra.HS
  • Designed for industrial production environments
