Axtra3D’s
End-to-End Solution.
From build preparation and Hybrid PhotoSynthesis (HPS) printing to automated washing and drying, UV and thermal curing, and per-layer analytics, each stage is designed to work together as part of a controlled workflow. By optimizing the entire process, Axtra Workflow helps reduce production variability, improve repeatability, and maintain consistent part quality. Integrated software, validated materials, and application-specific Axtra Solutions provide the process control and traceability required for industrial production. The result is a connected workflow with documented production records, from initial build setup through final part processing.
COMPLETE WORKFLOW
Every Step
Connected.
Manufacturers often lose production readiness to variability across disconnected systems, material handling practices, and ad hoc post processing.
Axtra Workflow addresses this by delivering holistic optimization. Material profiles, printer parameters, and wash and cure recipes are created and validated together, preventing mismatch and revalidation overhead.
Per-layer sensor capture, process certification and complete job histories enable repeatable production for regulated and end-use applications.
Connected print, wash and cure reduce labor, shrink lead time, and make production growth practical, while validated workflows reduce the effort and risk of introducing new resins or geometries to production

OUR ECOSYSTEM
Explore the complete
workflow.
Axtra3D doesn’t just make an innovative 3D printer, we’re completely reimagining 3D printing as an optimized additive manufacturing workflow. It began with the Lumia.X1, and has grown to include print prep, material handling, post processing, and print validation, giving you more control over your printed parts than ever before.
01
3D Printers
The Axtra3D Lumia X1 is an industrial 3D printing system built around the patented Hybrid PhotoSynthesis (HPS) technology. Developed by a team with more than 100 years of combined industry experience, the Lumia X1 integrates DLP and SLA laser technologies within a single platform.
This architecture combines the throughput advantages of DLP with the resolution and surface quality of SLA. It gives manufacturers greater flexibility across applications, materials, and production requirements.
The system also incorporates practical design features throughout, including an intuitive user interface, controlled resin vat handling, and mechanisms designed for efficient operation and material changes. Every aspect of the platform supports consistent, reliable production.
02
Post-Processing Units
Successful 3D printing requires precise control throughout the entire production process, including post-processing. Axtra3D's post-processing units are designed to deliver consistent, repeatable results after parts leave the printer. Carefully controlled washing and curing processes help ensure parts meet the required specifications for material properties, dimensional accuracy, and final part quality.
03
Software & insights
Software is an integral part of the Axtra3D production workflow, connecting build preparation, machine operation, and production monitoring.
The Axtra3D software portfolio includes Volume and Insight, providing tools for build preparation, process control, and build monitoring. Together, they give users greater visibility into their printing operations, from preparing files to monitoring production and evaluating results.
Designed to work seamlessly with Axtra3D systems, these software solutions support a more controlled, efficient, and repeatable manufacturing workflow.
04
Materials
The Lumia X1 supports a growing material ecosystem, with more than 30 validated materials available today and additional materials being added regularly. These materials come from established leaders in the 3D printing industry and are tested and validated for use on Axtra3D systems.
Through our material partnerships and Axtra Solutions portfolio, we provide customers with application-specific materials, validated print parameters, and optimized process solutions. Our team also works with customers to evaluate and validate additional materials to meet specific application and production requirements.
This ecosystem gives users greater material flexibility and support across a wide range of industrial applications.
